چکیده
Aspergillus niger ( A. ) and Penicillium chrysogenum P. can significantly promote the degradation of maize straw phosphorus release. Compared with , is more efficient in releasing. After seven days incubation, highest ratio content +maize treatment 2.58% 2.3 mg/L, respectively. The mechanisms for decomposition between these two fungi are different. Oxalic acid primary organic secreted by which function compared propionic . In addition, has higher acidic xylanase lignin peroxidase enzymes activities, conducive to stable substances straw, i.e., lignin. This study indicated that candidate reuse crop way return field.

Biodecomposition of Jordan Phosphorite by Phosphate-solubilizing Fungi
The bio-solubilization of Jordan phosphorite by the phosphate-solubilizing fungus Aspergillus niger has been investigated. The effect of the phosphate concentration in the liquid medium, the duration of biodecomposition, titratable acidity and the effect of preliminary mechanical activation on the process of dissolution have been studied. The investigations indicate that almost complete extract...
متن کاملGrowth promotion of maize by phosphate-solubilizing bacteria isolated from composts and macrofauna.
Five bacterial strains with phosphate-solubilizing ability and other plant growth promoting traits increased the plant biomass (20-40%) by paper towel method. Glasshouse and field experiments were conducted using two efficient strains Serratia marcescens EB 67 and Pseudomonas sp. CDB 35. Increase in plant biomass (dry weight) was 99% with EB 67 and 94% with CDB 35 under glasshouse conditions. I...
متن کاملColonization and Maize Growth Promotion Induced by Phosphate Solubilizing Bacterial Isolates
Phosphorus (P) limits the production of maize, one of the major food crops in China. Phosphate-solubilizing bacteria (PSB) have the capacity to solubilize phosphate complexes into plant absorbable and utilizable forms by the process of acidification, chelation, and exchange reactions. In this study, six bacteria, including one Paenibacillus sp. B1 strain, four Pseudomonas sp. strains (B10, B14,...
متن کاملInteractions between native arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and phosphate solubilizing fungi and their effect to improve plant development and fruit production by Capsicum annuum L
A study was performed to determine the effect of arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal inoculation, using a locally isolated Claroideoglomus claroideum (Gc) ecotype, on the seedling development of chilean pepper plants, and to select an appropriate growth substrate. The first experiment consisted of two stages: (i) a seedling production stage of pepper plants were germinated and grown, inoculated ...

phosphorus (p) is one a nutrient elements for plant growth. in most soils has complex behavior and forms sparingly soluble compounds with soil particles. phosphorus bioavailability can be controlled by soil biological activities for optimum nutrition of plants. this study was carried out in order to isolation of p-solubilizing bacteria (psb) as well as p-solubilizing fungi (psf) and their scree...
